Eligibility

All participants must be physically fit for the chosen trek or expedition.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

Blackmount Expedition reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion.
Safety & Responsibility

Trekking and mountaineering are adventure activities involving inherent risks.

Participants join the trek at their own responsibility.

Failure to follow trek leader instructions may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.
Health & Fitness

All pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before the trek.

The trek leader has the authority to remove a participant from the trek for safety or medical reasons.
Weather & Route Changes

Trek itineraries may change due to weather conditions, terrain, or safety concerns.

No refund claims will be valid for itinerary or route changes made for safety reasons.
Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Blackmount Expedition.

Limitation of Liability
Blackmount Expedition shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, delay, or damage caused by natural conditions, third-party actions, or participant negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
